These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION] ("we"), for the hosted service at repodar.dev ("Repodar"). The open-source code is licensed separately under the GNU AGPL-3.0; these terms do not limit that licence.
The service
Repodar reads manifests, lockfiles and workflow files from repositories you choose, and shows their runtimes, frameworks, deploy targets, end-of-life dates and known vulnerabilities. It sends an email when something changed. It is read-only: it never writes to your repositories or to the platforms you connect.
Hosted Repodar is free while in beta. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing you use today will start costing money without your explicit agreement.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub and must be allowed to grant Repodar access to the repositories and provider accounts you connect. Keep your GitHub account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].
Acceptable use
Do not use Repodar to break the law, to access repositories or accounts you are not authorised to access, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Findings are information, not advice
Repodar relies on public data (endoflife.date, OSV.dev, Packagist advisories) and on what your files and providers declare. It can be incomplete or wrong. Check a finding before you act on it; Repodar does not replace your own security process.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Repodar running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features; for material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero while Repodar is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Ending
You can stop using Repodar and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches.
